Quality Coordinator
Orchard Village, founded in Skokie, Illinois in 1972, is a fully licensed nonprofit organization that annually provides support to nearly 300 individuals (all ages) with developmental disabilities in north and northwest Chicagoland. We empower people with developmental disabilities through vocational, educational, recreational, and residential programs to live their best lives. Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Quality Coordinator to join our team!
Quality Coordinator Responsibilities:
The Quality Coordinator is a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) case manager who ensures that services meet established standards of quality in regard to the health, safety and welfare of clients receiving services. Works with the Senior Director to develop and implement quality improvement and strategic initiatives. Supports the OIG liaison in conducting investigations, gathering documents, and maintaining files on reports.
Quality Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or equivalent degree; master’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in working in the field of developmental disabilities
- State of IL QIDP certified, or eligibility required
